I'm so glad you found your way here.

​

I’m a Birth and Postnatal Doula based in Woodford Green, East London.  I'm a  married, mum of three, and the resident “birth enthusiast” in my family (being the eldest of five girls will do that to you!).   

​

Each of birth of my children was totally unique, from a stand-alone midwife-led unit, to a hospital birth centre, to a beautiful homebirth in 2020 right in the middle of the pandemic.  Those experiences shaped me deeply and sparked the passion I now pour into supporting families.

​

Before becoming a doula, I spent over a decade as a Clinical Pharmacist in the NHS. That background gives me a strong understanding of how the system works, and why so many families can feel overwhelmed or swept along by the medical side of maternity care.

​​

Supporting friends, family, and eventually clients through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys ignited something in me.  A passion to empower, uplift, and gently hold space for women and their partners at one of the most transformative times of their lives.

​

I trained with Kicki Hansard’s BirthBliss Academy and have supported a wide range of births, including physiological births, VBACs and caesareans. 

 

I’m a recognised member of Doula UK and Abuela Doulas, a doula mentor/coach, and a trained Hypnobirthing teacher, with additional training in biomechanics for birth and aromatherapy in childbirth. I’m fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS.

From 2022 to 2025, I served as the Waltham Forest Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership Chair for Whipps Cross Hospital, championing the voices and experiences of local families and helping shape better maternity care.

To provide support and share the joy as new parents are born is what fuels my soul as a Doula!
